The programme for the coming months includes hikes, treks and mountain tours, particularly in the Mercantour, Écrins, Vercors and Dévoluy.

Tour du Grand Pinier (Écrins), 14th to 16th June 2024

The south of the Écrins offers wild, little-travelled landscapes. This 3-day tour crosses the massif from east to west and then from west to east, after an initial loop to the Palluel and Farravel lakes, passing through the scenic mountain villages of Prapic and Dormillouse.


4-day trek in the Mercantour, 10th to 13th July 2024

Between the Mercantour and Lac d’Allos, we’re offering a beautiful and original loop through larch forests and alpine meadows. Come and get a taste of the southern Alps before the heat arrives, from the mountain villages of Bayasse and Saint Dalmas le Selvage, via the Allos lake and the Col de la Cayolle.


Mont Aiguille Grand Tour – Vercors Nature Park – 2 days

The Mont Aiguille is a mythical mountain conquered in 1492, marking the beginning of mountaineering. We’ll tour it via the charming villages of Trézanne, Chichilianne and la Richardière, setting foot on the Vercors High Plateaux for an unforgettable view of Mont Aiguille.

Access: From Grenoble, take the N875 towards Sisteron. After the Col du Fau, follow signs for Saint-Michel-les-Portes. Continue on the D8A following the signs for the “Parcours aventure”. Park in the car park (the last 200m are on a track).

Dévoluy Grand Tour – 5 days

A 5-day trek with overnight stays in gites in the heart of Dévoluy, enabling you to discover the wild and remote landscapes of the massif.

The Massif des Monges, 3 days itinerary in the Alpes de Haute-Provence

The snow has disappeared, the sun is beginning to warm the earth, the flowers are out and the trees are awake! It’s time to immerse yourself in the rebirth of nature, in the Pre-Alps of Digne. On the menu: 3 days of Spring hiking, from gîte to gîte, with a moderate average daily climb and the assurance of a light pack, a good meal and a warm night’s sleep.


Hike and overnight stay in an unguarded refuge in Devoluy, October 2024

Come and discover the charm of a night in a mountain hut! Over the course of a weekend, we’ll spend two days hiking in the mountain pastures of the Dévoluy massif (one hour south of Grenoble) and spending the night in an unguarded mountain hut. Mountain atmosphere guaranteed!

Devoluy trek: three day hiking and two night bivouac, from October 2024

For us, the best way to immerse yourself in the mountains is to roam! In a small group, we’ll set off from Lus-la-Croix-Haute (possibility to come by train) and head into the heart of the Dévoluy massif, passing wild mountain passes where we might even catch a glimpse of the bearded vulture, chamois or wolves. The bivouac will enable us to stay as close as possible to our environment and share precious moments together.

To take part in this adventure, you must have the equipment needed for bivouac (if you don’t want to buy, you can rent it in a shop or ask a friend).

Grande Tête de l’Obiou (2789m, Devoluy massif)

The highest point in the Dévoluy massif, the Grande Tête de l’Obiou can be climbed along an Alpine-style path, in a vertical, mineral world. Although you won’t need to be a mountaineer, you’ll need to be sure-footed to reach this magnificent viewpoint overlooking the Ecrins, the Trièves and the Dévoluy massif, and further on the Vercors, Grenoble and the Chartreuse, and even further still the Montagne de Lure, Mont Ventoux and Mont Blanc.

Jocou (Vercors Nature Park)

An emblematic peak in the Sud-Vercors, on the border between Isère and the Southern Alps, offering panoramic views over the Trièves basin, Dévoluy, Diois and Vercors.

Access: From Grenoble take the RD1075 towards Sisteron, go over the Col de Lus la Croix Haute and take the first turning on the right towards Lalley – Le Jocou as far as the car park.

Grand Veymont (Vercors Nature Park)

The summit of the Vercors massif, offering panoramic views of the plateau, the eastern foothills, Belledonne, Chartreuse, Écrins and Dévoluy. You’ll regularly come across a large number of elusive ibex.

Chatel or Calvin’s Bonnet

A very accessible and pleasant summit, offering a magnificent 360° panorama of the Écrins, Dévoluy and Vercors.

Access: From Grenoble, follow signs for Sisteron, then Mens, the hamlets of Le Verdier and Bessaire, 3km of good forest tracks to the car park.

Essaure loop (Vercors High Plateaux Reserve)

This beautiful loop from the Pas de l’Aiguille to the Pas de l’Essaure is a little-used route that will take you to the Vercors High Plateaux and the Combeau valley, with its breathtaking views of Mont Aiguille and a major site of the Resistance.
